Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic we will be changing some of our procedures to be in compliance with State mandated social distancing and cross contamination guidelines. This is so that we may continue to provide a safe, clean and healthy environment for both our clients and artists. We appreciate all of your patience and understanding during this time of change.

 

-We will be accepting appointments only, to schedule a consultation or appointment you can email your artist directly or call the studio (440-357-3837). In some instances if your design is small and we have time, we may be able to offer you a same day appointment, so do not hesitate to call and leave us a message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

 

-Please come to your appointment alone, so we can maintain social distancing for our clients and keep the amount of people in the building at to a minimum.

 

-We ask that you have a mask or facial covering on, if you do not have a mask we will have them available for purchase in the studio.

 

-If you are sick or showing signs of illness we ask that you stay home, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

 

-While we are all tattooing we will be keeping the entrance to the building locked, if you arrive to your appointment and the door is locked please wait in your car and we will call you when we have disinfected our work area and are ready to begin your session. We will also not be answering the phone when all of us are tattooing, be prepared to leave a message and receive a callback.

 

-Upon entering the studio we will ask you to sanitize your hands at one of our hand sanitizing stations. We will have sanitizing stations in every room for your convenience and use.

 

-Once you have entered  your artists work area, we ask that you stay there until otherwise directed by your artist.

 

-Our bathroom will be closed to the public except for emergencies, please take appropriate action before your appointment.

-No food or drink will be permitted in the studio. Please make sure you are well fed and hydrated prior to your appointment.

 

-Once you have arrived for your appointment we ask that you remain in the building until the completion of your session.

 

-Social distancing will be required wherever possible in the studio.

-Our hours of operation are subject to change for the foreseeable future, please call ahead if you do not have anappointment.

We ask for your patience in regard to appointment times and the length of time you may be in the studio. Things like callbacks and appointment scheduling will likely take longer during this time. This is a new and complex situation for all of us and we will all be learning through this process.
